What we believe and how we build it.
A store can turn over a lot and leave nothing. Between gross sales and what you keep sit product, shipping, fees, ads, social security and taxes. Plentia exists to show you that number every day.
Plentia does not assume VAT rates or fees. It reads what your store charged and what you paid, and when a figure is missing it says so instead of filling it in. An incomplete number is marked as incomplete.
Every rate, deadline or box comes from the Spanish tax agency or the official gazette, with a link and a date. If it cannot be verified, it is not used.
Plentia is not an accountancy firm. It prepares the numbers and the quarter’s package for your accountant to review and file. The returns it prepares are checked by a professional before any customer uses them.
Plentia is built by Unai España, a self-employed seller with his own store, to solve his own problem: knowing every day what he keeps.
