Shopify shows sales, not profit.
Gross sales are where the sum starts, not where it ends. What goes out never shows up on any store dashboard.
Connect your store, handle your invoices and see what you actually keep.
14-day trial. No card needed.
It is the full demo, with sample data: switch sections, look at the orders and open the breakdown of one.
Each tool shows you its part, and each part is costing you something you cannot see.
Gross sales are where the sum starts, not where it ends. What goes out never shows up on any store dashboard.
A ROAS of 6.2 sounds fine until you set it against what the product costs you. ROAS does not know your margin.
It sits in your account for months looking like yours. On the 20th it stops being there, and by then you have spent it.
Loose invoices, receipts on your phone and a half-finished spreadsheet. And the numbering cannot skip a single one.
And the number that really matters, that same month: you keep €2,998.78. Try it with your numbers
Example figures, all from the same month: €11,560 in sales, 170 orders, 65% gross margin, €1,850 of ads and €4.20 shipping per order. The quarter’s VAT is three equal months.
CalculatorSet the controls to your month’s figures. The result updates instantly.
It is an estimate based on what you entered. Your real case depends on your tax regime and your expenses: Plentia works it out with your real data.
Real pieces of the dashboard, with the demo data.
Income, expenses and what you keep, per store or all together.
Every order with what it left you, after product, shipping, fees and ads. With Shopify and WooCommerce.
Modelo 303 and 130 up to date, a VAT piggy bank and the quarter’s package ready for your accountant.
Gap-free numbered invoicing.
What you already use, around what you keep. Plentia reads and changes nothing in your shops or your ads.
Trademarks of their owners; Plentia is not affiliated with them.
What it is and who it applies to. No small print.
The new requirement for invoicing software in Spain. Every invoice creates a record with a hash chained to the previous one and a QR code, and that record is sent to the Spanish tax agency.
Nothing is deleted or edited: a mistake is fixed with a corrective invoice or a cancellation record.
Anyone who issues invoices with software.
Dates from Royal Decree-Law 15/2025 of 2 December.
Sources, checked on 16/09/2026: BOE, Royal Decree-Law 15/2025 for the dates, AEAT information note and Royal Decree 1007/2023, whose fourth final provision sets the deadline for software makers.
Who it is forThree real situations. If one sounds familiar, it is for you.
You sell cosmetics on Shopify and have no idea what your ads leave you.
Meta spend next to what you keep from each order, not a ROAS on its own.
You run two brands under the same tax ID and the numbers get mixed up.
Each brand on its own for orders and shipments, and the quarter adding both up, which is how the tax office wants it.
Your accountant asks for the invoices every quarter and they are scattered across your phone.
The whole quarter sorted by brand and month, and one file ready to send.

“I built Plentia because with my own store I never knew what I was really keeping until the quarter came round.”

Why PlentiaBy type of tool, with facts, no names and no adjectives.
Does itPartlyDoes notComparison by category, based on public information checked on 18/09/2026. “Partly” means some products in that category do it and others do not, or they do it in part.
What you do today with three tools and an accountant, on one screen.
Frequently asked questionsWith the honest answer, even when the answer is that your accountant does that.
Working today: creating your account and your tax details; recording expenses with their VAT (IVA), withholding and type of transaction, with a photo of the invoice; keeping your customers, your suppliers and your products, with their cost and stock; bringing in your expenses, customers, suppliers and products from a CSV; preparing full invoices, with every detail the Regulation requires, and viewing or saving them as PDF; the calendar with your tax deadlines and your own notes; and downloading everything of yours in a ZIP whenever you want. Plus the full demo, with sample data, to see what everything else looks like.
From the Pro plan, in the works and already viewable in full in the demo: named panels with custom cards, shared with anyone who has access to your account; on each customer and supplier, tags, notes on what was discussed, reminders that show in the calendar and contact people, plus your customers grouped into repeat buyers, top buyers and those who haven't bought in a while; on your products, several suppliers with their price, minimum order and lead time, a minimum stock level per product, adjustments with their history, the inventory value at cost and a restocking suggestion; stock for each location read from the store; several stores connected at once; Meta, Google and TikTok together; and read-only access for your accountant.
What is missing: ISSUING those invoices, connecting your shop to see your real orders, the connector to ask Claude about your numbers, and scanning your expense invoices with AI. Issuing is not the same as preparing: it means the invoice has legal effect, with its QR code and its record sent to the tax agency, and that comes with Verifactu. We will email you as each one is ready, with nothing for you to do.
Issuing is first on the list and depends on finishing the Verifactu adaptation. That is why the trial is 14 days and we do not ask for your card: you do not pay for what is missing.
No. Plentia is made for someone who sells online and knows nothing about accounting. It tells you what you keep, what still needs checking and what each number means, in plain language. What it does not do is replace your accountant.
No. Plentia prepares them with your data and leaves the package ready, with a breakdown of where each figure comes from. Filing is up to you or your accountant. And no return is signed off without a chartered accountant reviewing it before a customer uses it.
For expenses, invoices, orders and margin, yes, the same as any other scheme. For calculating taxes, Plentia works today with the general scheme in mainland Spain and the Balearics: if you are on the equivalence surcharge, on módulos, on the cash basis or in a foral territory, save your scheme in Settings and Plentia will not give you a number it cannot defend. We prefer a clear warning to an invented figure.
Yes. An account is one tax ID and can have several brands and several stores. The selector at the top shows one brand, several or all, and filters the whole dashboard except Taxes: taxes are never filtered, because the 303 and 130 belong to the tax ID and always add up every brand. Several stores come with the Pro plan.
Not synced today. Plentia will connect Shopify and WooCommerce; PrestaShop and marketplaces are not on the roadmap for now. You can enter those sales as invoices and their fees as expenses, and they will count towards the margin and the quarter, but by hand.
You send them the exported quarter, with the breakdown of where every figure comes from. Read-only access so they can log in themselves is part of the Pro plan and is one of the missing pieces: see «What can I use today?» above.
They are imported by CSV from the program you used and stay as consultable history, without being renumbered and without entering the Verifactu chain: that chain starts with your first invoice made in Plentia. Importing old invoices is on the list of what is missing, just like issuing: see «What can I use today?».
A 14-day trial without asking for your card. After that, €24 a month plus VAT (IVA), or €20 a month plus VAT paying for the whole year. We charge nobody today: billing switches on when everything a plan promises works in full, and until then «Choose plan» takes you to sign-up with the trial. Billing will be handled by Stripe, and you will change plan or cancel from Settings; cancelling will take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
You carry on until the end of the paid period. Then the account is archived: you can no longer sign in, your invoices and ledgers are kept locked only for the legal retention periods and everything else is deleted within 30 days. Before that happens, you can export it all.
The database, passwords and files are on Supabase, in the European Union. Hosting is Cloudflare, billing is Stripe and emails go through Resend, which are US companies and process what they need for their job. It is all detailed in the privacy policy, which is still a draft pending review by a lawyer.
Each account can only read its own data: the database enforces it row by row. Your store tokens are stored encrypted, secret keys never go in the code and the browser cannot touch anything that decides money or permissions.
No. It makes their job easier. Plentia prepares the numbers, the warnings and the quarter’s package; your accountant reviews and files.
Shopify and WooCommerce; not PrestaShop. Connecting your shop is on the list of what is missing: see «What can I use today?» above, which says exactly what is there and what is not.
Up to €10,000 a year (this year and last, all your shops together) you charge Spanish VAT (IVA). Above that, the customer's country VAT and form 369. The counter that warns at 70 %, 90 % and 100 % and points out which shop is still charging Spanish VAT feeds on your orders, so it will work once you connect your shop: see «What can I use today?».
Yes, and without asking anyone: you take everything of yours in a ZIP with your expenses and their documents, your invoices, your customers and the calculation for every quarter. In CSV, which Excel opens, and in a format another program can read. It is yours and you can take it whenever you want.
The demo has a whole store with its orders, expenses and quarter. No sign-up.
